Are you insured?

Light 2 Sound FX has full liability insurance up to £10,000,000 to cover hire of our equipment, protecting your audience and venue.

Is all your electrical equipment P.A.T tested?

Yes all of our equipment is P.A.T Tested

I want to hire equipment from you, do you deliver them?

Yes, all our equipment can be delivered and collected at a cost subject to mileage.

Where will you travel to if a client asks for your services?

We mainly serve Yorkshire and Lancashire but will travel to any where in the u.k. or europe if the client requires. (subject to notice)

How do you take payment for your services?

We require a non refundable deposit for all of our services. All payments are taken electronically or by cheque.

What size audiences can you cater for?

Our range of equipment can easily cater for audiences of 10 up to 1500 plus.

What do you require from the venue such as power etc?

When you are putting on a show, venue choice is important and you need to take several things into consideration when hiring us.:

  1. Ease of access (is there a big enough space to park our vehicles close to the venue and is the venue easy to access inside as no direct route to the event space can hinder what equipment we can bring to your show.)
  2. Power, one 13 amp socket is not sufficient. 
  3.  Event space (is the room of an adequate size for our equipment, such as height and width)

Can you come and inspect the venue first to check on things such as power, access, etc?

Yes in most cases we would highly recommend we get to see the venue first this helps us know what equipment we can bring and can help us with lighting and sound designs.

I have very little knowledge on sound and lighting equipment is this a problem?

No not at all, we are here to cater for the client as long as you know the size of the event and what the event is for we can advise and design lighting and sound packages to best suit your event.

Can I arrange a meeting to view your studio facility or chat to you about your services?

We encourage potential clients to come take a look at our facilities meet the technicians face to face and have a general chat about your event/gig to make you feel confident in the services we can provide for you.
